Reflexology

An ancient holistic practice that uses pressure points on the feet and hands to support your body’s natural balance. 

Reflexology helps reduce physical and mental stress, eases tension, and promotes overall wellbeing — supporting your body, mind, and energy to align and restore harmony.

Reiki

This practice allows the practitioner to channel GOD’s divine energy to support your body’s natural healing and balance. 

Reiki helps reduce physical and mental stress, clear energetic blockages, and promote the smooth flow of energy — encouraging overall wellbeing and harmony.

About Us

Luma Love

Living with ADHD has made focusing on one thing at a time a lifelong challenge for us. Multitasking might sound like a gift, but when nothing gets completed, it becomes an exhausting cycle—like putting a pot of water on to boil and returning to find it burned dry. Still, even with this diagnosis, we were determined to do something that brought joy and relief to others.

Over the years, we explored many paths: aromatherapy, shamanism, personal training, nutrition, and completing our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. We gathered tools meant to support others—yet despite all that training, we didn’t feel supported or fulfilled.

As our mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing declined, we knew we needed a shift. We reached out to a Reiki teacher, Liberty Oliver, for guidance. They suggested several things, including taking Reflexology and Reiki courses. Trusting their intuition, we followed that advice—and everything changed.

These courses turned our focus inward. Self-practice became the foundation for our own healing, and from that place, we were finally able to offer something meaningful to others. As one of our meditation teachers said, “You can only give what you have.” We’ve found that to be true.

Our mission is to explore and share holistic approaches that support focus, balance, and overall wellbeing. Whether or not you identify with ADHD, if you feel constantly “on,” stuck in survival mode, or disconnected from rest, we invite you to book a session. Together, we can work toward a calmer, more grounded you.

Since offering these services, we finally feel aligned with our purpose. Helping people shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest has been deeply rewarding—and it continues to remind us why we started this journey in the first place.
